Hi gurus,

Can someone help me to understand the rule.!

My current permission is TIER2 ICT (before 6th April 2010) and I'm in process of applying ILR on Jan 2015.
My Kid was born in UK on Feb 2011.

My Question.

1. Do i need to include my Kid also for ILR application? or I can go directly for Registration for my Kid after getting my ILR.

2. If i go for Registration though MN1 form , what i need to fill on Child Indefinite Leave to Remain date section on MN1 form?

3. While submitting the MN1 application through NCS, do i need show my ILR -BRP card or i can show the ILR letter approval as ?

4. Can i submit the MN1 Application through NCS a day before my kid leave to remain expires?

Thanks.

2. N/A or blank.
3. Not sure.
4. Yes, at any time after a parent is granted ILR.

with regards to Answer 4..At any time after a parent is granted ILR....a clarification.

If ILR granted on Jan 2,2015 for a parent and child leave to remain expires on Jan 14,2015. can i register my child for Naturalization after Jan 14,2015 or i should do it on or before 14 Jan,2015.

Doesn't matter, as long as child is under 18 and a parent has ILR. Child's leave is irrelevant for registration under Section 1(3).
