Much appreciated if you could please advise. I have recently submitted my SET (O). Here's my timeline:

Application submitted : 31/10/2014 (Royalmail special delivery)
Received by HO: 3/11/2014
Money taken from card: 4/11/2014
Received acknowledgement letter: 11/11/2014 (dated 4/11/2014)
Email acknowledgement: 20/11/2014
Received Biometric letter: 21/11/2014 (dated 18/11/2014)
Enrolled Biometric details: 21/11/2014
(And the waiting begins.)

I've just found out today that I ticked the wrong column on the type of accommodation I live in. I rented from a private housing association but I ticked 'privately rented by you'. How will this affect my application? and how can I correct it? I a, extremely worried now. Please advise.

Housing associations are not private bodies. They are also known as Registered Social Landlords or Private Registered Providers of Social Housing.

You should have ticked the "rented from a local authority or housing association" box.

However, don't worry, an application can be varied before it is decided, just write to the HO correcting the mistake.

Hi Manci, Thank you so much for this. Yes, I am eligible to housing association accommodations. Now I have to find how/where to write to. Do I the Liverpool address with my case ID? The email I received is the general email address, not from a specific case worker.

I would send it to the same address where the application was sent
