Please note there is new updated application form on HomeOffice website from today as of 01/12/2014. The updated form version is 12/2014. Please send application using updated application form.

Do you know what the diff IS?
The only obvious one is that in new form section B20 and B21 have been removed. So you are no longer asked for B20: If you ever lived in Northern Ireland? and B21: If Yes, then mentioned the address(es)?
Rest all looks same.
