Hi. Can anyone give me an advice? I have applied for my ILr last September 2014 and got approved. I have not included my husband yet eventhough he is also qualified to apply with me because he has not taken the English exam And the LITUK that time which he now passed. My questions:
1.) do i use the set O form for his application?
2.) Do i need to show maintainance funds?
3.) Do i have to submit my documents that i have used in my application for his application?
Any advice and help would be greatly appreciated

Then he will qualify. There are no maintenance funds for applications under 319E.
Use the Set (M) guide as guidance on what to submit.
6 piece of evidence in joint names over the 2 years period or 12 in separate names.
You ILR should suffice .

One more question. Now that i am on ILR and have claimed child benefit, do we have to answer that as well on the form? Will that reflect on him as a recourse to public funds or it is just under mine?Do i also include my BRP to his application? Thanks in advance

Hi rudolfmelissa0821,
I was curious to find this information as well, if one parent is ILR and the depedant and the child are still on Tier 1 visa (no access to public funds) can the person who holds ILR can they claim child benefit?
Thanks,
-Senthil

I am also of the same opinion but trying to find whether anybody contradicts it or any rule which says we can claim/not claim on visa holders.
Thanks,
