Tier 2 ICT(from march 2010) + Tier 2 General ILR documents l

I am planning to apply for ILR in a couple of weeks time
visa info:
entry in March 2010 in Tier 2 ICT until Aug 2013
switched to Tier 2 general in aug 2013 from within UK
please let me know
full list of documents required for ILR application in my case (specifically if i need anything from my previous employer which i think is not possible)
