hi guys,
I am applying for ilr on 3rd march with my wife at Solihull Birmingham. my visa will run out on 8th march. I am using the same day service. I am on tier 1 visa at the moment. I have two kids age 7 and 4 born in uk. there visa also run out on 8th march. IF any body plz help me about my querry, if I get the visa same day that is on 3rd march and get the ilr number or refrence, can I apply next day on form mn1 for my kids naturalisation? or do I have to wait for my biometric card as it will come after 8th of march?

Ur kids are born here they don't need a visa unless ur travelling
Take ur time don't worry at kids u can apply once ur visa and brp is sorted.
They won't become illegal as they didn't enter the country

thanks for the information. but on form mn1 first page they ask the date when was the child given ilr. so do I have to put my date of ilr?
