Which form to use for wife to apply?

My friend's wife is on the Tier 1 5 year route. He is however about to get the ILR in April. Which form should he use for his wife?

My friend's wife is on the Tier 1 5 year route.
Do you mean Tier 1 dependent or on her own Tier 1 visa? What are the dates of all her visas etc?
He is however about to get the ILR in April.
On what basis is he applying for ILR? Tier 1 5 year route or ILR based on 10 years long residency?

Sorry for the confusion. Yes the guy is on Tier 1. And the wife came in September 2012 so needs to stay for five years to get the ILR. So he is going to go for ILR in April. What form should he use for his wife once he gets the ILR?
