Hi, I am about to complete 5 yrs in UK on tier 1 general visa.
for applying ILR for myself what documents do I need to submit

Have you looked at the Set(O) form and guidance? It states what is required.

Just submit the docs which are asked for so as to keep the application simple and straightforward
Rest is your choice
