Dear Members,

My ILR is due in Feb 2016 but as usual am nervous and concern.

My details are:
Tier 1 G visa starts (stamped in Mumbai) : 04-Feb-2011
Arrival in UK: 08-Mar-2011
1st Extension got in Feb 2013, where visa valid till 04-Feb-2016.

If I apply (ILR) 28 days before my date of arrival i.e. 09-Feb-2016 then my visa will already be expired.
So, what will be best time for me to apply for ILR?

You can apply 28 days before 4th February as you entered the UK within 90 days of your visa issue date.
