ILR Application with 2 long absences of 270 days each

Hi,

I have completed five years in UK on Tier-1 (General) Visa and planning to apply for ILR in May 2015. I have two long absences (270 continuous days each), but if I apply 'continuous residence' rule, these absences can be broken in different years (2 continuous years). I was working with Indian consultancy and had these two long assignments in India.
Am I eligible for ILR application without any concern or issue? Shall I confidently apply for ILR with this breakdown and reasons?

Thanks & regards,
nishantgpt

My absence schedule is:
11 May 2014 - 10 May 2015 = 104
11 May 2013 - 10 May 2014 = 169
11 May 2012 - 10 May 2013 = 89
11 May 2011 - 10 May 2012 = 178
11 May 2010 - 10 May 2011 = 112

I'm applying for Tier-1 extension to be on safer side.
1. Shall I apply for ILR in May or should I wait for few more years?
2. If I apply for ILR in May, can I apply for me individually?
3. Would it be fine if I apply my dependents ILR once mine is approved?

Kindly, suggest.
