Thanks for your time.

I got ILR last week. Could you please let me know if I go out of country for almost 1 year and then come back after 1 year for work, will there be any issues with my ILR, will I be allowed to enter to UK??

Yes you will. There is a limit of absences for ILR, that is a period of 2 years. Providing you do not keep going in and out of the Country for prolonged periods you should be OK.
