I had my PEO appointment at Cardiff today for ILR on the basis of 5 years on Tier 1 (General) and I am pleased to report that my application was successful.

I am thankful for all of the invaluable advice I have received on here over the past many years; it has been to me.

- Got my Tier 1 in Feb 2009 in India and Arrived in UK Sep 2009
- Have been Permanently Employed ever since
- Applied with 2 Dependents, Spouse and 1 Child
- I was absent for 90 days from UK in last 5 yrs - no evidence provided

Documents submitted:
- Combo Absence and cover letter detailing Applicant details, Points claimed and List of Absences with yr to yr breakup *retained by caseworker
- Current and Expired passports + BRPs
- Appointment and Payment page
- SET(O) form. I said yes to 7.3 as I once Forgot to renew my Cars tax disc and my car was impounded by DVLA from a public Rd. I were to pay impounding fee of £ 100 and DVLA Penalty of £150. So I said Yes to 7.3 to be at a safe side.
- LITUK certificates and Spouse B1 ESOL cert
- Letter from employer with Gross and Net income *retained by caseworker
- Official payslips
- Original bank statements
- Cohab docs - marriage cert, Tier 1 G extension letter from UKBA, only 2 Council Tax bills, 2 yr Tenancy Agreements
- Photocopies of ONLY Relevant pages, like bank statement pages showing salary credit, Set O form pages where I checked or wrote something, Passport copies of only ID pages

I had P45 and P60s, but were never asked

At PEO, for 11:30 Appointment:
- 11:00 Arrived at 1, Knox Rd CF24 0EA car park
- 11:10: Cleared security
- 11.25 Submitted docs
- 12 noon. Biometrics
- 2.15 Got approval Letter

Helpful and friendly staff.

Thanks again everyone.
Regards,
kyborg

Thanks, no I did not, there is an check box in Section 9 I think to check Degree provided with previous T1 application. I did not provide IELTS as well.

Congratulations! What was the maximum number of days outside of the UK in one year?
Thank you in advance!
