ILR Contractor absences

Hi ,
I am Tier 1 General Applicant , ILR due in Next week . Last year i have total 30 days absences .
Out of 30 days 11 days worked and claimed money for those days and now showing that has one of the invoice . DO i need to mention these days as Business as i am Contractor or is it ok to say reason absence as Personal visit for whole 30 days

I am working in UK only . Last year i went to india for 30 days . Out of 30 days i worked through remote connection around 11 days.

Chaitu, your absences are well in control. So it really should not matter. If I were you, I would complete the application as accurately as possible and support with evidence; so that you can justify and talk confidently when any questions (just in case) are asked. While reporting, it would be good if you don't claim earnings for those days; but mention that you earned.
If you skip reporting the 11 days, and by chance if CW raises questions; then you may not have a convincing answer.

Thanks for prompt responses Krishna, Can i mention those 11 days as "Business " and all other holidays as Personal Visit.

Would you be able to get a business letter. From some of the posts, I understand letters from employer are not needed. But will be good to have some supporting just in case. ILR is an imp step and I would not take chances. I had been out on business travel for very few days and have submitted letters from employer. HO retained those.

i dont have any letters from employer, but i do have invoice and earnings i claimed, is that sufficient? in this case i dont need to select any option under 6.3?

At least you have something, mention it in 'other' and explain in the notes section.
