My bank statement is generated on 11th of every month and salary credited on 23rd. I have my appointment for ILR on basis of Tier 2 on 3rd next month.

I will have both the latest bank statement(generated on 11th) and salary slip(generated on 23rd) but my latest bank statement wouldn't have latest salary credit; can you please confirm if this can be a problem?

If you use Barclays, there is a link in your online banking where u can request statement from your last printed statement to the current date. So request this after your salary is paid. Perhaps on the 24th or 25th. It usually arrives within 3 days and it looks the same as your original statement.
