Tier 2 dependent short 2 months for ILR

Hi All,
I am currently having Tier 2 general visa which is expiring on 28-06-2016, my visa is also expiring on the same date as dependent.
I have been granted Tier 1 general 14-06-2011 and then switched to Tier 2 general 03-07-2013.. have applied for Tier 2 before my Tier 2 general expired on 14-06-2013. still my Tier 2 BRP card shows 03-07-2013, is this normal ? is there a gap between my visas?
Now my query is, my 5 year period is completing on 14-06-2016 so i will be able to apply for my ILR on or after that date BUT my wife visa is expiring on 28th (14 day after). my wife went to India for about 14 months and when she left she was having valid Tier 2 dependent visa and then after 14 months she joined me again... so according to UKBA, my wife should complete 2 years with me and my wife now is short of 2 months.

21-08-2013 - 05-10-2014 = 410 Days
since 05-10-2014 till 14-06-2016 = 1 year, 8 month, 10 days (not completing 2 years at that time when i will apply for my ILR)
So when should my wife apply for ILR ? what are the options available to my wife?
