Successfull ILR application

Hi Guys,

I would like to share my successfull ILR application.

Appointment 8th May 2015( Croydon - 8:00 AM)
1) Tier 1 Visa
2) Went to the center at 7:30 am. I was the first person in the counter. They have given token, took all my doucments (by 8:05).
I thought i will get my feedback within 30 mins. Since i was the first person, but took 1 hr .

Regarding my documentation
1) 12 months bank statements and payslips
2) P60
3) Educational Certificate( to prove english medium)
4) Self assessment for engligh language (PBS)
5) Covering letter (included all my points earned as per PBS)
5) last SET O form

I have overall 250 holidays in 5 years ( all are personal holidays) . I have not provided any proof of evidence.
just in Set O form I mentioned out and in dates with reason as holidays nothing more.

Congratulations Mate

How long it took I also have next week in Croydon my all earnings from employment. What about your extension and Tier 1 General initial application were they also from only employment or self employment too.

Hi Kashif,

It took exactly 1 hr 15 mins.

I was employed all 5 years. There are couple of months in 2012 where i was unemployed.

june (2015 - 2014 ) 57

june (2011 - 2010 )

Hi swetha2108,
for english language requirement, did you submit points based calculator or naric ? . If you submit points based calculator then hw u have taken print point ?

Did you submitted all 5 year P60 or only last year P60?
