Hi

Can some please help me out I am about to qualify for Indefinite leave to remain under 10 year long residency but I am confused as to when I can submit my application. I was given my 1st visa on the sticker as of the 25/06/2005 entered the UK on the 22/07/2005. I have never been out of the country. I know i can apply 28 days early but my question do I count from the 25/06/2005 or from the day I entered the UK which is the 22/07/2005.

Can someone please help me out ASP.

It is the date of entry that is the start of the qualifying period for 10 years long residence applications. You can apply no sooner than 28 days before 22 July.
