No Premium appoinments past 7th July 2015?

Hello,
I am unable to see any premium appointments to book past 7th July 2015 (Tier 1 (G)). I know the slots open 42 days prior to appointment date. Considering today's date of 29th May I should be seeing appointments available to book for 10th July.
Any idea what's going on?
