ILR absences connected to other employment outside the UK

Hi All,
Could you please examine my situation and provide your view/suggestion.

1.I got my Tier-1(General) on 25/09/2010 came to UK on 28/09/2010
2.Stayed here in UK for 3 weeks gave interviews and went back to India on 19/10
3.Received an employment offer on 21/10 from one of the interviews I gave while in UK with start date 18/11
4.I came back to UK to join the new employment on 18/11 ( 27 days after leaving UK).

During this period if I am employed in India does it make me not eligible for ILR application on 01/09/2015 ?

Continuous period calculation says:
If the absences are connected to other employment outside the UK, which demonstrates the
UK employment is secondary, these are not permitted absences, and the continuous period
requirement is broken
.Absences due to employment, whether related to the applicant’s job
in the UK or not, count towards the 180 day maximum each year

Absences due to employment outside UK is not permitted. Since this absence was very short ( < 6 months), why cant you just say that you went to India for a personal trip. That is it ..
