Hi All

I am a Self Employed IT COntractor who started contracting 14 months back via my own limited company - hence i have one years worth of accounts with me. Prior to that I have been full time employed with a company.

I am planning to apply for my ILR end of January and i have a few queries if you guys can help me on. I tried searching the group but couldnt find the exact answers I am looking for hence posting these here.

If you think these have been asked earlier, can you plrease provide the link to me else woudl appreciate if someone can help me with then

1. Section 9 - Question A6 is. "You should input your earnings into the Tier 1 (General) points based calculator and provide your total earning claimed in the box below"

My question is - On the homeoffice website I now do not see TIER 1 general as one of the drop down values so that i could use the PBS Calculator. how would we satisfy this requirement - please advice.

2, Secondly, can someone advise what list of documents are required for ILR application while being an IT contractor.

3. I currently rent a property while i have a flat which is currently let and i am not paying any rent for that. Section 5 has a question that
5.2 Do you or your partner, or both, pay any rent or mortgage for your home?

We pay a mortgage as well as rent currently. How do we answer this question.

Please advice.

Thanks
Nipun

All - need another help from you regarding Section 12L. I am a TIER 1 General Visa holder and a self employed IT contractor.
Can you please advice on the below pls - which i have taken from 1 year Baloon. :)

Once specified in section 9A of this form
For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier 1 (General) migrant, documents showing that you met the relevant requirements of the immigration rules.

Can we override this request on the form ?

Please don't create a new thread for each question relating to your ILR Mulitple Posting (Click). It is easier for members to help you if you stick to one thread/topic and it avoids confusion.
