Dear Members and Forum Users,

I am new to this forum and planning to apply for my ILR on 10 years route.

I am in the UK since July 2005 and as far as I can remember I lived legally till now and still visa left till 2017.
I haven't lived outside UK for more than 15 days in a year and in total 10 years ( 110 days)

Now, before preparation of the application, I have checked through several records and found one CCJ filed against me on Northhampton court in April 2014. Which I wasn't aware of and only realised when I was checking any conviction record.

I have an unpaid amount showing £1007

While I am writing this post, this is still unpaid. I am yet to know who filled this and what is it about?

What shall I do now before launching the application.

Waiting for responses.

All you have to do, just show HO you are not recklessly piling up your debts. in order to resolve it make arrangements with your creditor for monthly payments if you can't pay all in one go, if you do pay them monthly, obtain a letter from creditor "saying you have made arrangements with them" to show you are taking your debt seriously but if you can manage to pay all of it then nothing is better than that but get the letter either way you pay them. Hope it helps

Thank you Legend, I am planning to launch my application on the 10 year long residency route.

Now specific query is -

1) What form shall I fill in?
2) I was on tier 4 and then in tier 2 visa?
3) My dependent got in as Tier 4 dependent and the moved to tier 2 in (2013) What form shall I use for her ?

if any experienced member can help.

Kind regards.

Thank You guys for the help.

I have one further query. My first entry passport was damaged but it has the UK stamp intake. In that passport, due to water damage one of the passport page had another country stamp which is not visible and had an entry stamp to that country.

I will mention this in my cover letter and the CCJ case on my cover letter.

1) Will the damaged overseas stamp ( not the UK entry clearance stamp) cause a trouble.
2) One of the exit from UK not clear but entry is clear on that visit : Can I put a tentative date which might be a day or two earlier than my actual exit date.

Thank you in advance.

My PEO appointment date is on the 18th SEP 2015.
