ILR after 5 years spouse visa

dear all,
I have a question and seek to have clarity on it.
I came to this country on 25thbjune 2013,as tier1deoendent category and stayed like that for a year. Then in July I changed my category to FLR m and I'm currently in that. My husband got ilr llast year June and has applied for naturalization this year.
My question is am I eligible for ilr next year under set m or I have to wait for five years.
Please guide

You're now on a five year route to ILR.

Previous posts indicate it was Tier 1 main applicant to ILR.
Regardless though, the OP will need 5 years on FLR(M). OP should have extended PBS Dep as previously advised by Amber.

My husband applied under tier 1.
Is it not set m which I have to use and they mention to apply after two years after completing two years in the. Country please help in understanding

If you initially applied for leave as a PBS dependant after 8th July 2012, then it's five years for SET(M)
from the initial grant of FLR(M), under Appendix
FM.

Dear all.
I am applying for extension under flrm I just need to know to prove living together with my husband we are submitting rent deed. But since ours is a private landlord does the rent deed need to be nortary as it's just signed by landlord with his address.

A tenancy agreement is sufficient, it does not need to be notarised.
What else are you submitting to prove cohabitation?

We are submitting utility bill , pay slips, bank statements, p60 of both of us and tv license is that alright

Should be fine. Page 62 or 63 of the FLR(M) form gives good examples of what HO expect to see.

Dear all
I need immediate clarity as I am applying under flrm
We are providing three address proofs on joint name and apart from that we have pay slips bank statements and p60 on separate names and same address
Is that ok
Also I have DBS (disclosure barring device) on my name and same address can that be used

Advice required
Applying under flrm
My husband started new job in March 2016 and we need to show 18600 annual requirement which we satisfy . But because he has been there for 7 months does he need to declare his previous employment details.
It's to be noted we satisfy this requirement in new job in this period. So shall we or shall we not declare previous employer

Dear all
I need advise:
I came to UK for the firdt time in 2013, got my FLR(M) for two years in 2104, another extension in 2016. I am due for visa renewal now in june 2019.
am I eligible for ILR or not
important to know that I have spend one and a half year outside UK due to family emergency.
so what options I have available now. my son and husband are on british passport
Please advise about all options.

1. 5 years on spouse settlement visa and you can apply for ILR.
2. There is no absence limit for spouse settlement visa holders, provided you have evidence of subsisting relationship during the time apart from your spouse etc.
