IN10 - Please advice

I am going to apply for my ILR next week. Everything is straight forward except that i got stopped by for driving without insurance last october and got an IN10 this jan and had to pay a fine. I did not have to go to court. I have applied for a Scottish disclosure to find out if it is a criminal offence. The report clearly states that it is not a criminal offence.

I have been reading a lot on the net and i am not sure of a few things.
1. Do i have to mention it under the criminal offence under the criminal offence section or do i just write it as additional notes as claim that it is not a criminal offence.

2. Will this create a problem for my ILR?

Regards
D

1. Read the Note under 7.2 of SET (O) form. It states clearly that FPNs are not to be included.
2. No.

hello all

got my ILR. it was breeze. no issues faced whatsoever.

no questions asked about the IN10. i selected no criminal offence but mentioned the details of my IN10 in additional notes. also included my DL paper copy with the IN10 and the Scotland disclosure.

i would suggest to apply for scotland disclosure if you any doubts about the fines/convictions that you may have received.

thanks everyone for the support.

Hi deepu

Did you include a cover letter for it ?
