Tier 1 to ILR 28 days Query

Hi All,
I am very sorry if this has been brought up before but I was not able to find the topic from search so posting a new topic. Appreciate your help as always.
My initial visa start date was: 15-Oct-2010 and I entered UK on 22-Oct-2010. Would I qualify to apply for ILR considering I meet all the other rules on the 28-Sep-2015? or earlier than that?
Also I am changing my job in Sep (from permanent role to self-employed company) would that have any kind of an impact on the application?
