hi guys,
i been following this forum since quite a while and its been so help full in providing relevant information

i just got a small query regarding my 10 years long residency.

i came to this country in 25 aug 2005 and im due for ilr in aug 2015

currently im on tier 1 entrepreneur visa which was granted in jan 2014 since then im engaged in regular business and paying all my taxes on time.
my 10 years is due in end of august and i have booked my premium appointment in sheifled peo

doucments which i have prepared:

life in uk
my masters degree
previous and new passoport
2 photograph
no of days out side country: 80
all visa been granted wel in frame of time.

my question is:
do u want me to carry any documents in relation to my business?
any advice what question are they gona ask me in relation to my business?
my wife is on spouse visa, im thinking of applying her visa once i get my one.
are they gona ask me any fnk about my wife like why am i not applying my spouse along me?

any shefiled peo expereince plz share with me as i'm quiet stressed.

I would take everything and write in the cover letter you have more docs with you if needed.
If they need to check, what they will ask, will depend on your situation.

Since you applying on 10 years basis so just take the documents relevant to 10 years application.

Always remember LESS IS MORE. More you write in cover letter more explanation you have to give to UKBA.

Wrong, you should submit just what is required. But you should also carry as many documents as you can. Make sure you take all your tax papers including SA302, divident, accountant papers , bank statements. Trust me - if you take them with you that will save you time and hassel later on.

I know my friend was asked why he didn't apply for his wife , and his reply was that he will later. They accepted that answer.

wish you good luck for your peo appointment. please update us on what documents they ask as i am also applying for 10 years in September.currently i hold a entrepreneur visa. so everything would be helpful.

my ilr has been approved at Sheffield peo

it was pretty straight forward they din't ask me any questions.
the staff was so friendly and polite.
my 10 years immigration history has come to an end.
thank you so much guys for your help and support.

appointment: Sheffield
case : long residence ( 10 years)
previous Visa: entrepreneur

documents :
life in uk
2 passport
brp
masters degree
ccj report
2 passport photes
my accountant letter confirming that i'm running business
no of days: 80 appx
questions ask : nothing

Congratulations for your ILR, I am planning to apply ILR- (long residence) through PEO
I have completed 10 -years but my last visa i.e tier1 extension, i got through appeal as HO refused my VISa.
Did you have any refusals or appeal in your 10 years?
