Hello Everybody ,
This fourm is very helpful to many people like me who are struggling to make their way legal in this country.
Currently i am a filed asylum seeker lived in UK for 4 Years and 7 Months, I have established very good private life in the UK .
The Age is 26 , Came here as a 18 year old adult
1. I came here as a student(Nov2008) and studied for year and half went back home to settle myself but within three months due to some politics problems i returned back to UK on Visitor Visa (Back on march 2010 and came back on sep 2010)
2. I was waited for problem to gt solved and i know its never ending problem at back home then on march 2011 i claimed asylum . I was detained for 6 months under fast track system {After JR were filed } given Temporary admission with weekly reporting . JR failed as well . Due to the fear of deportation & Detention i stopped reporting .
i being helped by my mates to feed myslef and offered by another mate a small room to stay .
Everyday my mates go to work i feel very ashamed that couldnt go to work or Pay my own bills Have to ask someone for money this just hurting me everday.
Whenever they book holiday i feel very lonley and depressed that could manage to enjoy my adlut life . Even though we go to pub for few drinks some times in the weekend i limit myslef to a pint because its not my money .
Total Time in the UK : 4.7 years with asylum and student 16 months there is a gap for 7 months .
i help out local charity and i made lot of friends around where i live i play cricket for a local club too .
is there any chance to make my stay legal ? if Means What application should i have to use ? What are the documents i have to have .
Many of friends will give support letters
Any Response would be ,much apprciated .
Note : I dont have money to pay a solicitor because i am not working

. i have to do to everything myself .

26-18 = 8, so not sure about your '4 years 7 months'. You will need to qualify for a visa or leave the UK. The routes are:
Family (married?)
Tier 4 student
Tier 2 sponsored employment
Tier 1 Entrepeneur

Unfortunately, it does not seem that you would qualify under any of the FLR(fp) provisions.
Your time here is not 10 years of lawful residence or 20 years of any form of residence so it does not qualify you to settle.

But you might also want to face the reality that your application is likely to be refused. Your asylum case failed. Having friends is not generally considered to be 'private life.'

Not very. You haven't been living together in a relationship 'akin to marriage' for 2 years, so you won't be considered to be 'unmarried partners' and there is no category for a 'boyfriend and girlfriend' under either EU regulations or UK rules.

If you have your passport you can give notice to marry at a Home Office designated Registry office. However, as you are both foreign nationals the Registrar is legally required to notify the Home Office of your intention to marry. The registration period can be extended from 28 to 70 days in order to give the Home Office the time to interview you both before the marriage can take place.

Yes Youre abosuletly right. Befroe go to the registar i wanted to go the home office and ask them weather we can get married or not and do the interview . because i dont want get insulted infornt of friends and she might get annoyed with these interecption .. If i apply for EEA unmarried then GIve a written notice to HO that we wanted to get married . Thanks
