What was your immigration cateogry when you applied for ILR?
Did you use the said IELTS test result in a previous immigration application?
What is the name of the test provider (as written on the test certificate)?
What year was this result issued in?

In my view, if you choose admin review,it will take time. If possible why not take a new test from approval test centre and re-apply as soon as you can. It migh save time and money. Other members may have better advice.

Well, IELTS is not off the list ..... on the contrary, it is in fact one of the only two providers on the list!!
But it seems HO is not accepting any IELTS results unless they are taken at a SELT provider on or after 06-Apr-15.

Yes, you may.
Whether or not a decision will be given on the same day or deferred pending further enquiries depends on the case.

Congrats on your ILR FineG12... Can you please confirm if you had any break in employment in the 5 years qualifying period for ILR? If so for how long?
Also did you submit payslips and P60s for the last 5 years? What documents did you submit to prove you were continuously employed?
