Hi Gurus and senior members,
I would be grateful if anyone could help me with my queries.
I am currently on ILR and my wife is on tier 1 dependent. She will qualify for ILR in 2017.
I am applying for masters program ( start Sep 2016 )and planning to become a full time student for 2 years from Sept 2016.
My concerns are
Do I have to show my last 12 months earning when my wife applies for ILR ? Will it affect her ILR if I am a full time student at the time of her application ?
Also, we may decide to live separately for the duration of my masters program (nothing decided yet as it depends on where I get admission and whether my wife wants to continue in her current job). Will it cause a problem regd co habitation documents for ILR ?
Any help is much appreciated
Thanks

No.
No.
It can, as 319E(d) does mention "living together". But discretion can be requested in circumstances such as yours but you'll have to prove subsisting relationship (cohabitation documents are just the easiest way to do it).
