Hi,

For my last tier 1 extension i have to show 50 K as my income.

I have achieved my income with my salary and self employment and showed home office as £52467.
when i submitted my tax declaration to HMRC i have increased my expense little bit more and total income reduce to £51462.

I submitted my visa extension to uk ba during feb 2013 and my expense were calculated upto dec 2012. but to HMRC my expense were calculated upto April 2013.

Now my ILR is due and with this discrepancies create any problem for my ILR processing? Still my earning is more than 50K after showing higher expense which I supposed to show to HMRC.

Any one can help me in this case?

Thanks in advance.

The forum has been flooded with ILR/tax discrepancies issues. No one here is a tax specialist and you should Google a tax forum for advice.
