Tier1 general ILR application

Hi,
My Tier-1 general ILR application is due in Feb 2016. I am self employed and have a limited company.
I have received the SA302 calculations for all years from HMRC.
In the return of 2014 my accountant has claimed £344 of charity payment as below:
How I have worked out your Income Tax
Your basic rate limit has been increased by £ 344.00 to £ 34,714.00
for Gift Aid payments. This reduces the amount of income charged to higher rates of tax.
Although i made a charity payment that year but i dont have a receipt or proof of this payment anymore ( lost ).
Is this something home office can pick up or look for ? or they only check if claimed dividends + salary from earlier application is visible in SA302.
Rgds
Rajiv
