Hi All,

I Applied for tier 1 visa on April 2011 and got my visa on may 2011.

I showed my income as 18K (Payslip) + 18K (From Company director) when i applied on 2011.

Please note , i did not take any dividends or salary as company director when applied for tier 1.

And later on November 2011 i have taken 24K (This includes 18K i showed to HO) as "director remuneration" and paid corporation tax and self assessment tax(for year 2011-2012) as per law.

I can get SA302 for 2016,2015,2014,2013, and 2012. But can not get SA302 for 2011 since i was not registered as SA for year (2010-2011).

I have done everything as per the law.

Will HO office put me in trouble when i apply for ILR on May 2016

Please Help!!!!!

Shouldnt be a problem.
Go with the basis that if you were required to show say 30000 pounds for extension. HO will expect the amount declared / taxed on the total earnings for the same amount HO has.

e.g If you have shown 35k to HO as total earnings , they will verify 35K with HMRC

Thanks Argus for the reply.

I have Shown 36K as income (18K from payslip and 18K as company director) for year between 2010 April to 2011 April.

But That 18K from company director has withdrawn on November 2011 and paid TAX for year April 2011 - April 2012(as per HMRC rule)

If HO checks with HMRC Year between April 2010 to April 2011, 18K from company director would not be shown to them (Because that is fallen to next TAX year). i.e Only 18K from pay slip will be shown to HO.

Will HO office refuse my ILR on that basis?

Am going to get punished for nothing?

Please advice.....

You can have this explained by your accountant in a letter. This should be fine. Most companies doesn't immediately give dividends/renumerations "in" the same financial year. So this should be BAU. But you need to explain this vrey clearly in your cover letter and also get a letter from your accountant (just in case you are asked).
