ILR Set(O) Is P60 or HMRC Employment History Letter Mandator

Hi,

I will be shortly applying for ILR using SET(o) under TIER 1 GENERAL category.

Is P60 for all 5 years or HMRC Employment History Letter Mandatory ?

Please help.

It is not an employment history letter from your employer you need. It is a letter about your absences/holidays.

Although it is not mandatory but in these days the way UKBA checking over previous tax and emloyment histories of applicants it is advisable to provide Last 5 Year P60 or Employment History Letter along with your other documents for case worker easeness to decide the case quickly.
