ILR Tier 1 G - Overseas Income and self-employment

I am applying for ILR in May 2016. Some background

1) First entered UK - May 2011 on Tier 1 General.
2) Extension in Dec 2013 for 3 years. So current leave to remain under Tier 1 G is Dec 2016
3) My previous extension was based on UK Earnings + Earnings abroad(my permanent domicile country for now). The taxes have been payed and returns filed to that tax authority along with returns every year since 2004(since it is my home country.
4) I operate a limited Company in the UK and my accountant did not file SAR for the first 2 years (2011-12, 2012-13). I called up HMRC and SAR are fine for 2013-14, 2014-15. My employment history exists since 2011.

My Query
1) In the SAR for 2013-14, the income I earned in my domicile country is not shown. This was used for my last extension (before filing SAR). The UK earnings are correctIy reflected. I do have my tax returns from my domicile country though. I am not sure if this is required to be shown in UK SAR as well. Should I be amending my SAR for 2013-14.

2) My accountant says that since the UTR was issued only in 2013-14 by HMRC, and since I did not cross the threshold dividend, SAR is not necessary for 2011-12, 2012-13. But reading some of the posts here really scares me that I might be refused ILR. Should I file retrospectively and get a solicitor?

I would greatly appreciate any advice.

Some Updates

1) Filed the returns retrospectively for 2011-12 and 2012-13. No tax due.
2) Not required to show overseas income if it is employment income and taxed at source was the advice I received. This might change depending on your domicile status. So seek professional advice.
3) Took a good 3 weeks to get my SA302.
4) Got the employment history as well from HMRC.
5) Got a letter from accountant that no tax was due on the returns.
6) Got an immigration solicitor to represent me.

Finger crossed. Have appointment on 26th at Croydon. Just applying for myself for now as my dependent's visa is valid until Dec 2016 for now.

No. But my solicitor did advise before the appointment that I could get a form to fill for self-employment and returns etc. If given I would have stated my SAR were not done in time and now I have rectified my mistake. But luckily, no form was given.
