Advise for Tax documents for last 5 years for Tier 1 general

Post by nut_cracker18 » Wed Mar 16, 2016 6:41 pm

Hello advisers

I wanted some advise as to which documents should I and should not include in my ILR application next month

Background:

Initial Tier 1 visa: May 2011 ( Employed & self-employed)

Extension April 2013: ( Employed & Self employed )
My 12 months for income was exactly the tax/year 06/04/2012-05/04/2013
Documents submitted for income points: full year payslips and business accounts for the year 06/04/2012-05/04/2013
In addition to this I submitted SA302 For previous years 2010-2011 & 2011-2012 and P60s for same years as well

ILR Application April 2016:

This time I am fully employed by only 1 employer

I will be proving payslips for full year 06/04/2015-05/04/206 to claim income points

To give evidence for last 5 years should SA 302 for last 5 tax years be enough or should I also submit the P60s for all employments for last 5 years as well which would obviously is reflected on the SA 302 for that year already

Please advise

Thanks in advance

@nut_cracker18
If you have all your tax status in good order, then you can include the SA302 and P60s as additional documents. I don't believe they are mandatory.

Best wishes for a successful outcome!
