What is the confusion? just list them as year1, year 2, year 3 and so on...and list the number of days taken in each year.

If you scrawl through the ILR forum with patience, there are quite a handful of templates that people have used successfully that you may find.

20th May 2015 to 20th April 2016 is 12 months and is OK. April to April is 13 months, no problems in you submitting 13 months, but only 12 months will be considered.

Post by Aparva » Wed Apr 06, 2016 7:42 pm

Hi,
I m applying for ILR on the basis of Tier 1 general, on 29 April. All income self employed.
My total 160 absence from uk on personal grounds in five years.
Absence in year 2012 58 days as follows:
1- July 2012 14 days
2- October to November 2012 27 days
3- December 2012 17 days

Is it will be ok, or any issue with it.
Thanks

Aparva
That should be fine. I don't see any issues with it.

I had nearly 170 days absence over 5 years and I didn't provide any evidence for them. I simply gave the breakdown and left it at that.

Best wishes to you!

aparva is it your application recent one and they did not ask for any evidence for absence?in the recent form there is place where you need to fill in details explaining what evidence you have provided for absence?

Hi experts
Applying this week for ILR tier 1 general route
For my first tier 1 general application I claimed 30
Points for previous income.
In extension also claimed 30 points.
Now for ILR my income is increasing £55,000-00
Is it ok to claim 35 points at this stage.
Thx
