Tier 2 to ILR, 2 quick questions

Hi,

1. While going through the SET (O) form, I came across the "12P Tier 2 migrant" question (on page 82-83),
For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier 2 migrant, documents showing that
you met the relevant requirements of the immigration rules.
I've switched from PSW to Tier 2, and had been on it for about 5 years, so what documents need to be provided for this question, the PSW visa ? or something else?

2. The Letters of Absence and the Income threshold letters from the employer, can we use just have one letter which covers both the requirements? or does it say anywhere that they have to be seperate?

Thanks

Time spent on PSW does not count towards the qualifying period for the ILR application, so it doesn't matter if you provide any evidence for that period. This question is more for people who have spent the qualifying period on more than one type of eligible visa category for ILR, like Tier 1 & Tier 2.

Yes you can have the information on the same letter.
Hope this helps. All the best with your application.
