Hi,

I am main applicant for ILR and I can make ILR application from 23/06/2016 onwards.

My Wife lived in the UK from 10/05/2012 to 01/08/2014 and away from UK until 08/11/2015 (due to her miscarriage in 03/2014 and needed her mother's moral support and been consulting her GP there)

Can my Wife still be eligible for ILR along with my application as she stayed continuously for more than 2 years? (she have had valid leave to remain when she left UK and that visa valid from 03/2014 to 03/2017)

If she provide Doctor's letter from abroad stating that she needed moral support and been consulted there, will that letter support her application?

Many thanks for your help

Possible, if you are not applying for ILR under Long residence and she is back in the UK. Include evidence of subsisting marriage while she was outside the UK may also help.

Many thanks Vinny. It's Tier 2 General to ILR.

Does she definitely need medical certificate?

What could be the evidence of subsisting marriage whilst she was away?

Thanks
