Hi,
I need a help to understand the rule for ILR under 10 year route.

should the applicant be the main visa holder of the current visa or dependant completing 10 year can apply for ILR?

I am on a ICT long term visa and having a cooling off period in between the 2 ICT long terms. But, my wife continued in the period. So, she doesn't have a break between the visa's.

Can she apply for ILR and I convert my visa as her dependant from my current ICT.

Thanks
Vijay

Thanks for your reply.

My wife is currently on ICT dependant visa now and she will be completing 10 year as my dependant. Can she apply for ILR 10 year route, before the main applicant(me)?

Her stay in UK is as below
First 4 years as my ICT Dependant, 2 years in Tier2 General and again as my dependant for 4 years. Total 10 years.

My stay in UK as first 5 yrs in ICT, 1 Yr Cooling off and 5 yrs again in ICT
