Hi all

I am waiting for decision on my ILR application ,Its been 1 year now, on premium application.
My Employer has also received a letter saying your employee does not have permission to work in the uk
Please advice you employee to leave up voluntarily.or Check with Employer check-in service if he still have right to work.

I called my Solicitor he said he has not listened anything from home office yet and surprised by the letter. and suspecting if the case has been refused and they have approached the employer first. or delay in the refused file to be sent back to us.

it scared the hell out of me ,Not sure what to do .

Any advice is much appriciated.
Thanks in advance.
