On 27 June 2016 applied FLR(FP) and submitted my passports along with application. On 16 Aug 2016 applied same day service at Cryoden PSC. Caseworker said your passport is not currently in Croyden it is at Shefield and I will email them to forward your passport to Croyden then I will decide your application and send your documents by post. At end caseworker handed a letter stating further inquiry.

Any body have idea how long it may take to receive my documents back.

I also got same letter on 10 August.. It was premium service for ilr (LR) .. Current stay Entrepreneur visa.. Just asked me about my company and personal and business bank statement and said are you currently working anywhere... said I can't take decision now.. ... Now don't know how long to wait...

Which peo did u attend???

if they have asked about the said documents, the only reason behind it could be to confirm your business is actively trading, and that You meet all the requirement for the previous visa, in your case its Entrepreneur. It depends on the case workers some will process your ILR straightaway while others will need to know more about you and activities.

@Tani,If you go through some cases already discussed here ,they are same as you. I believe your case is straight forward and will get your ILR approved provided you satisfy all the basic requirements tied up with this ILR.

Anyone knows HO email contact address.. I call on this number 03001232241 but just one reply everytime. Stand time is 6 months from date of application, no update can be provided. Incase any information required from you caseworker will contact you. If not received any reply within 6 months then contact us.
