Hi All

I am a British Citizen, and my wife is on a Dependant Visa who will fall under 5 year route for obtaining an ILR. I believe, she will be eligible to apply ILR 28 days before her current visa runs out (Expires 15/05/2018).

Could anybody, please confirm which of the below criteria she has to be met to be eligible for applying the ILR as a Dependant of British Citizen (Settled via Naturalisation) :

a. She is not supposed to stay outside UK more than 180 in total over the last 5 years;
b. She is not supposed to stay outside UK more than 900 days over the last 5 years subject to not more than 180 days in any consecutive 12 months;
b. She is not supposed to stay outside UK more than 90 days in the last 12 months and not more than 180 days in any consecutive 12 months;
c. She is not supposed to stay more than 180 in any consecutive 12 months, and not more than 90 days at a stretch in any consecutive 12 months;

The below is a table of both consecutive 12 months and days outside uk:

Year 5 19/04/2013 18/04/2014 0 days
Year 4 19/04/2014 18/04/2015 148 days outside UK
Year 3 19/04/2015 18/04/2016 0 days
Year 2 19/04/2016 18/04/2017 0 days
Year 1 19/04/2017 18/04/2018 0 days
28 days Visa Expiry 15/05/2018

Thanks in advance.
