Hello guys,
In case my ILR is refused (Tire 2, 5 years route), can I immediately apply for a Tire 2 again with a new employer? Is there any rule such that I can not apply for a new ILR (with a new Tire 2 with new employer) or an extension for Tire 2 within a week/15 days etc after failing with an ILR application?
All the bests

All the bests
Why do you think your ILR might be refused?

Hello, Thank you very much for your kind reply.
Well, I do not (and wish not) think that my ILR application would be or should be refused. The only concern is, my present contract with current employer (a highly ranked university) is until the end of November, 2016. In the employer letter they state that though the end date is 30/11/2016 it is likely to be extended and they require for the ongoing job. I am a little skeptic whether this letter would suffice the requirements set for ILR via Tire 2 General 5 years route. or should I be skeptic?
If it is refused based on this, then I may apply for the New Tire 2 visa under the new employer (which is a 2.5 years contract) and afterwards apply for ILR again.
