Two BRP received after successful ILR application

Hello
I have received two BRPs after my successful ILR application.
Both BRP were received on different dates, have different BRP numbers.
Everything else looks the same.
The validity date of BRP is 8.25 years instead of 10 years which I believe is because of some chip in the BRP.
Please can you advise me as to what should I do for the issue of two BRP?
Regards.

Sharing is caring...?
But seriously, the first instinct would be to either send one back to UKVI. Or writing to your caseworker and holding on to both in the meanwhile

When I received my first BRP (with
8.25 years validity), I reported on
https://www.biometric-residence-permit. ... s/location telling about validity date.
When I received my second BRP - with different BRP number and still
8.25 years validity, I again reported on
https://www.biometric-residence-permit. ... s/location telling about both concerns.
I reported online next working day of receiving the BRP.
I am still waiting to hear back - is there a better way of contacting? I even wrote to
BRPError@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk but did not get a response either, except an auto-reply.

Thanks for the jokes.
I will really appreciate if there are some serious advice on this issue of multiple BRPs received.
I tried calling on
0300 123 2241 but could not speak to a member of the team even though I was outside the peak timings.
