Dear all,

I am on Tier 1 (General) and due to apply for ILR in few days
I am a Financial Consultant and work as a 'Contractor' through my own limited company and get paid with a combination of salary/dividend for the last few years.
I had been out of the country for few times and longest I stayed away was 14 days.

Question 6.2 on SET (O) Forms asks "Evidence of all work-related absences (including paid annual leave) is required from those applying under:
• Tier 1 (General), TIer 2 and Tier 5 etc.

The client(s) cannot provide me Absence letter(s) coz technically they are not my employer

Please could you advise how do I provide this evidence?
Would it be reasonable to provide minutes of "Board' meeting to confirm as Director/Chairman of the company coupled with Accountant letter that those holidays were paid?

Prompt responses will be highly appreciated

Rgeards

A letter on your company letterhead signed by you should be fine for ILR based on Tier 1 G.
