I have indefinite leave to remain and have had it for a number of years, but was asked by a prospective employer for BRP recently. I wish to apply for BRP but have a criminal case pending, i have not been charged yet but would like to know if i can apply for the BRP? as the form does not ask to disclose arrests it only asks to disclose any convictions.

A BRP is only confirmation in card form of your ILR status.

What form are you looking at?
Char (CR001 not Casa)
