Indefinite Leave to Remain

Morning All,
I will be applying for Indefinite Leave to Remain next month as i will be completing 6 years of Discretionary Leave.
I was granted an extra 3 years of Discretionary Leave even though my relantionship broke down with my ex with whom i have a son.
As i cannot afford solicitors fees this time, i will applying myself using Set(O) form, and it would be grateful if someone can please advise me of what documents i will need to add to my application.
