10 years continuous long residency

i withdraw my appeal on 5th january 2015. and submit fresh application on 12th of January 2015. will it break my 10 years continuous long residency. plz advice

It will break your lawful residence but if you would have completed 10 years by 5th of January then you should be okay. Just make sure you book a premium service appointment within 28 days of withdrawal. If you do not have your passports with you then you might not get a decision on the day though.
ILR 10 Year Long Residence break in continuous residence

IS anyone help me in my ILR ON 10 years basis
came to UK December 2006. got all visa on time
04 APRIL 2014 REFUSE TIER 1
appeal on time and withdrawal my appeal on 5th of Jan 2015.
12 Jan 2015 send application for Tier 2 General on offer letter refused with right of appeal.
appeal within time meanwhile i got COS letter withdraw appeal on 1st of May 2015.
1st may 2015 I applied in premium service for tier 2 General .
I granted tier 2 general visa on 14th august 2015.
is my 10 years still continues.
