I understand that the premium visa booking can be made upto 42 days in advance.

At what stage of the booking process I can get to know the dates and times available in a particular service center?

There are four stages in the booking :-

Start > Personal Details > Pay > Download and Print

I was trying to know whether the available dates are known before payment stage?

Yes I tried a few days ago. It shows the list of PSC and once you click a centre, a calendar will appear and thats before making a payment
