ILR via 10yr and PBS Dependent

Hi guys need help.

I got my indefinite on 10 year basis I was on work permit visa which is expiring 2019 and my wife is dependent now, can she apply for ILR ? and what is requirement .

some brief she came as dependent on student visa 2009 and then PSW dependent 2011 then Tier 2 work permit dependent 2013 and again 2016 tier 2 dependent till 2019.

Now I want to know can she apply for ILR as I got indefinite people giving different advice.

319D. Period and conditions of grant
(a) (i) Entry clearance or limited leave to remain will be granted for a period which expires on the same day as the leave granted to the Relevant Points Based System Migrant, or (ii) If the Relevant Points-Based System Migrant has indefinite leave to remain as a Relevant Points Based System Migrant, or is, at the same time being granted indefinite leave to remain as a Relevant Points Based System Migrant, or where the Relevant Points-Based System Migrant has since become a British Citizen, leave to remain will be granted to the applicant for a period of 3 years.
(b) Entry clearance and leave to remain under this route will be subject to the following conditions:
(i) no recourse to public funds,
(ii) registration with the police, if this is required under paragraph 326 of these Rules,

When did you get your ILR based on long residence?
