Hi,

I am now filling the application form for ILR set(O) form. I have some questions about the form.

I am applying under T2 (G). I have lived in the UK for about 5 yrs.

1- in section 1 - 1.10 home office reference number
I have applied for T2G visa few times, but that is the first time I apply for ILR. I am doing on through the premium service. Is that part applicable to me? should I put the most recent number, or should I leave it blank?


2. secton 6 - 6.3, evidence for absence.
I have not been out side the uk for more than 4 weeks in one time. and not more than 2 months in a year. I am planning to use the passport as an evidence for that. Do I need any other evidence? or letter?

3.section 10 - 10.12
have you have yourfinger prints taken as part of a previous uk immigration application
as I mentioned I had my T2 visa renewed few times, I had my fingerprints taken in the post office. Does that count? because the next question is where and the date, which I am not entirely sure about.

Leave blank if you don't have any letters with the reference number.

You need an absence letter from your employer. Passport stamps is NOT sufficient. You also need to complete this section of the form with the absence dates.

Write the last time you enrolled biometrics. Just state the facts, it is not a trick question.

I have a letter from my employers, it states when I have worked with them, and the number of annual leave days I had, and that it was paid.

is that enough?

can that include the reference number from the last application I had for tier 2 ? I can find that letter.
